摘要
《GB/T 13171.1-2022洗衣粉》新标准推行,在有效活性物含量为11.5%粉状洗涤剂基础配方中,系统研究了碱性蛋白酶、纤维素酶、荧光增白剂CBS-X、荧光增白剂DEG对粉状洗涤剂去污力性能的影响。研究发现,碱性蛋白酶对蛋白污布(JB02)和炭黑污布(JB01)的去污力都有所提升,尤其是对蛋白污布(JB02)的去污力提升更加明显;碱性纤维素对炭黑污布(JB01)的去污力有所提升,但对蛋白污布(JB02)和皮质污布(JB03)的去污力提升效果不明显;CBS-X和DEG对JB01、JB02和JB03的去污力都有所提升,尤其是对JB02和JB03的去污力提升效果更加明显。碱性蛋白酶、碱性纤维素酶、CBS-X、DEG的添加量与去污力的对应关系,为开发新的国标粉状洗涤剂的产品配方提供基础数据。
The standard of GB/T 13171.1-2022 Laundry Powder has been introduced this year.The effects of protease,cellulose,fluorescent brightener CBS-X,and fluorescent brightener DEG on the detergency were studied in the basic formulation of powder detergents with an active substance content of 11.5%.The results display:the protease can improve the detergency of both protein stain cloth(JB02)and carbon black stain cloth(JB01),especially the detergency protein stained cloth(JB02)has been improved more significantly.The detergent effect of alkaline cellulose on carbon black cloth(JB01)has improved,but the detergent effect on protein cloth(JB02)and leather cloth(JB03)is not obvious.CBS-X and DEG have improved the detergent power of JB01,JB02 and JB03,especially the detergent improvement effect of JB02 and JB03 is more obvious.The study found the correspondence between the addition amount of alkaline protease,alkaline cellulose,CBS-X and DEG and the detergent power,which provids basic data for the development of new national standard powder detergents product formulation.
