渤海某油田大位移井X24钻井设计优化与施工

摘要 X24井是渤海某油田为进一步完善注采井网,提高储量动用程度而部署的一口采油井,是该区块井深最深、水平位移最大的一口大位移井。为了解决该井面临的断层及潜山地层易漏失、起下钻及下套管易发生阻卡、储层压力亏空易受到污染、井壁失稳等钻井技术难题,从钻井工程设计源头出发,通过对井眼轨迹、井身结构、钻具组合、钻井液、固井设计等进行优化,形成了大位移井高效钻井关键技术。现场施工结果表明,该井平均机械钻速48.38 m/h,钻井周期23.00 d,相比设计钻井周期节省了9.8%,钻井生产时效95.0%,钻井施工过程顺利,无事故复杂,安全优质高效的完成了钻井任务。该井的顺利实施也为渤海油田同类大斜度井、大位移井的钻井设计与施工提供了重要的参考和借鉴作用。 Well X24 is a production well deployed in a Bohai oilfield to further perfect the injection and production well pattern and improve the utilization of reserves,which is an extended reach well with the deepest well and the largest horizontal displacement in this block.In order to solve the drilling technical problems faced by this well,such as easy leakage of fault and buried hill formation,easy blockage of tripping and casing,easy pollution of reservoir pressure hole and instability of wellbore,etc.,starting from the source of drilling engineering design,the key technologies of efficient drilling of extended reach well are formed based on the optimization of well track,well structure,drlling assembly,drlling fluid,cementing design,etc.,The field construction results show that the average mechanical drilling rate of the well is 48.38 m/h,the drilling cycle is 23.00 d,which saves 9.8%compared with the designed drilling cycle,and the drilling production time is 95.0%.The drilling construction process is smooth,without complicated accidents,and the drilling task is completed safely,with high quality and efficiency.The successful implementation of this well also provides an impor-tant reference for the drilling design and construction of the same kind of high inclination well and extended reach well in Bohai oil-field.
