后生元Probio-Eco缓解幽门螺杆菌感染的作用评价

摘要 该文探究后生元Probio-Eco对幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)的抑制和清除作用、对Hp黏附胃上皮细胞AGS的影响,以及评估和分析Probio-Eco抑制Hp诱导胃上皮细胞AGS分泌炎症因子白细胞介素-8(interleukin-8,IL-8)的能力。结果显示:Probio-Eco能够有效抑制Hp的生长和降低Hp对胃上皮细胞AGS的黏附率[Hp bio-73976、Hp bio-73975和Hp bio-73974的黏附率分别为(74.25±6.13)%、(79.92±4.36)%、(72.13±5.83)%];还可抑制Hp诱导胃上皮细胞AGS分泌炎症因子IL-8[对Hp bio-73976、Hp bio-73975和Hp bio-73974的抑制率分别为(685.23±21.34)、(632.75±19.35)、(690.32±18.43)pg/mL],与模型组相比均差异显著(P<0.01)。随静置时间的延长,Probio-Eco与Hp的交互凝集力增强,静置24 h后,交互凝集率达到90.0%以上;电子显微镜结果发现Probio-Eco使Hp出现凹陷、破裂等明显形态结构变化。综上,Probio-Eco能够有效抑制Hp的生长、降低Hp对胃上皮细胞AGS的黏附率、抑制Hp诱导胃上皮细胞AGS分泌炎症因子,亦可使Hp形态发生凹陷、破裂等结构变化,可有效清除Hp。 This paper investigates the inhibitory and clearance effects of postbiotic Probio-Eco on Helicobacter pylori(Hp),the effects on Hp adhesion to human gastric adenocarcinoma cell line AGS,as well as evaluates and analyzes the ability of Probio-Eco to reduce the secretion of the inflammatory factor interleukin-8(IL-8)by AGS induced by Hp.The results showed that Probio-Eco could effectively inhibit the growth of Hp and reduces Hp adhesion to human gastric adenocarcinoma cell line AGS[the adhesion rates of Hp bio-73976,Hp bio73975,and Hp bio-73974 were(74.25±6.13)%,(79.92±4.36)%,and(72.13±5.83)%,respectively],and it could inhibit Hp-induced secretion of the inflammatory factor IL-8 by gastric epithelial cells[the inhibition rates of Hp bio-73976,Hp bio-73975,and Hp bio-73974 were(685.23±21.34),(632.75±19.35),and(690.32±18.43)pg/mL,respectively],all of which differed significantly(P<0.01)when compared with the model group.The interagglutination between Probio-Eco and Hp was enhanced with the prolongation of the standing time,and the interagglutination rate reached more than 90.0% after 24 h of standing.The electron microscope results revealed that Probio-Eco caused Hp to show obvious morphological and structural changes such as indentation and rupture.In conclusion,Probio-Eco can effectively inhibit the growth of Hp,reduce the adhesion rate of Hp to human gastric adenocarcinoma cell,inhibit the secretion of inflammatory factors by human gastric adenocarcinoma cell induced by Hp,and it can lead to morphological and structural changes of Hp such as indentation and rupture.
