摘要
断路器机构防跳时,必须将合闸回路监视回路移到断路器机构箱处监视,但是会导致合闸回路被监视部分缩短,当断路器在分闸位置时,缩短的合闸回路如果出现断线,装置不能报控制回路断线信号,检修、运行人员不能第一时间发现合闸回路断线,只有到断路器合闸送电时才能发现断路器不能合闸,增加停电时间及电网运行风险,将第一跳闸回路监视继电器1HWJ常闭触点1HWJ1与第二跳闸回路监视继电器2HWJ常闭触点2HWJ1串接后接入合闸回路监视回路中,可靠监视合闸回路。
When the circuit breaker mechanism prevents tripping,the monitoring circuit of the closing circuit must be moved to the circuit breaker mechanism box for monitoring.However,this can cause the monitored part of the closing circuit to be shortened.When the circuit breaker is in the opening position,if the shortened closing circuit breaks,the device cannot report a control circuit break signal,and maintenance and operation personnel cannot detect the circuit break in the first place,Only when the circuit breaker is closed for power transmission can it be found that the circuit breaker cannot be closed,increasing power outage time and grid operation risk.The first trip circuit monitoring relay 1HWJ normally closed contact 1HWJ1 and the second trip circuit monitoring relay 2HWJ normally closed contact 2HWJ1 are connected in series and connected to the closing circuit monitoring circuit to reliably monitor the closing circuit.
