摘要
利用熔点测定(Melting Point Determination,MPD)、红外光谱法(Infrared Spectroscopy,IR)、气相色谱质谱法(Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry,GCMS)、核磁共振波谱法(Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy,NMR)对一批申报名称为“四氯苯酞”的出口有机化学品进行了结构表征、含量分析和属性鉴别。综合分析后判定该批货物为四氯邻苯甲二酸酐(Tetrachlorophthalic Anhydride,TCPA)。根据《危险化学品目录(2015版)》《联合国危险货物运输建议书》(Transport of Dangerous Goods,TDG)以及《国际海运危险货物规则》(International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code,IMDG Code),该批货物属于危险化学品及危险货物。
Melting Point Determination(MPD),Infrared Spectroscopy(IR),Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry(GCMS)and Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy(NMR)were used to characterize the structure,identify the properties and analyze the content of a batch of export organic chemicals declared as"tetrachlorophthalide".After comprehensive analysis,it was determined that the compound was tetrachlorophthalic anhydride.According to the Catalogue of Hazardous Chemicals(2015 Edition),the United Nations Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods(TDG)and the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code(IMDG Code),this product is classified as a hazardous chemical and a type of dangerous goods.
