关联节点反馈管理对复用医疗器械灭菌质量的影响

摘要 目的探讨关联节点反馈管理对复用医疗器械灭菌质量的影响。方法选取实施关联节点反馈管理前(2023年9月1日—2023年12月31日)我院消毒供应中心的115692件复用医疗器械,设为对照组。选取实施关联节点反馈管理期间(2024年1月1日—2024年4月29日)我院消毒供应中心的115692件复用医疗器械,设为观察组。比较两组灭菌各关联节点合格率、风险事件发生率以及科室满意度。结果观察组灭菌过程中清洗、消毒、灭菌、存储、配送、使用、回收等节点合格率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组锐器伤、指示剂漏放、记录不到位、湿包、器械丢失等事件发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论关联节点反馈管理模式用于复用医疗器械灭菌质量管理,可提高灭菌合格率,减少风险事件,有利于提高科室满意度。 Objective To explore the influence of feedback management of related nodes on the sterilization quality of reusable medical instruments.Methods A total of 115692 reusable diagnostic and therapeutic instruments from the disinfection supply center of our hospital before the implementation of the associated node feedback management(September 1,2023-December 31,2023)were selected as the control group.During the implementation of associated node feedback management(January 1,2024-April 29,2024),115692 reusable diagnostic and therapeutic instruments from the disinfection supply center of our hospital were selected as the observation group.The pass rate,risk event rate and department satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The qualification rates of cleaning,disinfection,sterilization,storage,distribution,use and recycling in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Observation group of sharp injury,tracer leakage and record does not reach the designated position,wet package,equipment loss events such as rates are lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The associated node feedback management mode used in the sterilization quality management of reusable medical devices can improve the sterilization qualification rate,reduce risk events,and improve department satisfaction.
