摘要
随着医学技术的高速发展,4D CTA技术已经成为颅内疾病筛查的重要检测手段之一。相对于传统的CTA技术,它具有更高的时间分辨率和空间分辨率。而相较于脑血管造影(Digital Subtraction Angiography,DSA)技术,4D CTA具有微创或无创的优势。4D CTA技术已被证明可以提高颅脑疾病检测的诊断率。本综述将从脑卒中的筛查、动静脉畸形的诊断、颅内动脉瘤的检查以及4D CTA技术的局限和未来发展前景分别进行阐述。
With the rapid development of medical technology,4D CTA technology has become one of the important detection methods for intracranial disease screening.Compared with traditional CTA technology,it has higher temporal resolution and spatial resolution.Compared with intracranial digital silhouette angiography(DSA)technology,it has the advantage of minimally or non-invasively.4D CTA technology has been proven to improve the diagnostic rate of brain disease detection.This review will elaborate on the screening of stroke,diagnosis of arteriovenous malformations,examination of intracranial aneurysms,and the limitations and future development prospects of 4D CTA technology.
