城市轨道交通智能列检作业系统研发

摘要 针对我国城市轨道交通车辆列检作业以人工目视检查为主、重复检查项点多、劳动强度大、检修数据无法有效利用等问题,分析研发城市轨道交通智能列检作业系统的必要性和需求。根据现有技术手段和工艺流程,构建以入段线轨旁智能综合检测系统、库内智能列检机器人系统、人工检查辅助系统为基础,智能列检综合管理平台为主体的智能列检作业系统,提出合理的功能框架和配置方案,以提高列检作业的效率和质量,实现车辆故障预测与检修作业计划的优化,为城市轨道交通列车安全、高效运行提供保障。 Aiming at the problems of mainly based on manual visual inspection,many items checked repeatedly,high labor intensity,and ineffective utilization of maintenance data of train inspection for vehicle of urban transit in China,the necessity and demand of developing intelligent train inspection system for urban transit are analyzed.Ac⁃cording to the existing technical means and process flow,an intelligent train inspection system is constructed which is based on the intelligent comprehensive testing system near the entry line,the intelligent train robot inspection system in the shed and the manual inspection auxiliary system,and the intelligent train inspection comprehensive manage⁃ment platform is the main body.The reasonable functional framework and configuration scheme are proposed to im⁃prove the efficiency and quality of train inspection operations,so as to realize the optimization of vehicle fault predic⁃tion and repair operation plan,and provide guarantee for the safe and efficient operation of urban train.
