地铁列车车轮失圆动态接触式检测装置仿真分析及其优化

摘要 在接触式车轮失圆检测装置应用中发现,当列车运行速度较高时,检测结果准确度低,检测杆易损坏。以车轮失圆动态接触式平行四边形机构检测装置为例,建立检测装置三维有限元仿真模型,分析仿真结果,获得较高速度检测时检测结果准确度低、易损坏的原因,并提出优化措施。仿真试验验结果表明:车轮失圆动态接触式平行四边形机构检测装置检测杆前端轮缘入口处坡度由5.5°减小为2.48°,较高速度情况下检测时,能够减小车轮轮缘与检测杆间竖直方向载荷,提高检测结果准确度。 In the application of the contact detection device for out-of-round of the wheel,it was found that when the train runs at a high speed,the accuracy of the detection results is low,and the detection rod is prone to damage.Taking the dynamic contact detection device for out-of-round of the wheel based on a parallelogram mechanism as an example,a three-dimensional finite element simulation model of the detection device is established,the simulation results are analyzed,and the reasons for low accuracy of detection results and easy damage of detection rods during detecting at higher speeds are obtained.Optimization measures are proposed.The simulation test results show that during detecting at higher speeds,the vertical load between the wheel flange and the detection rod can be reduced,the accuracy of the detection results is improved after the slope at the entrance of the front wheel flange of the detection rod of the dynamic contact detection device for out-of-round of the wheel based on a parallelogram mechanism is reduced from 5.5°to 2.48°.
