摘要
针对GCY-450型轨道工程车停放制动时出现的溜逸问题,在介绍停放制动和单元制动器的工作原理基础上,从换向阀故障、减压阀压力值偏低等方面,分析轨道工程车停放制动失效原因,确定是由于减压阀压力值低于标准值导致停放制动失效。针对失效原因,提出在维护保养中增加减压阀压力值检查,以及定期校验压力开关、减压阀和压力表等预防措施。
Regarding the issue of slip during parking brake of GCY-450 rail engineering vehicle,on the basis of introducing the working principles of parking brake and unit brake,the paper analyzes the reasons for the failure of parking brake in rail engineering vehicles from the aspects of directional valve failure and low pressure value of pressure reducing valve.It is determined that the pressure value of pressure reducing valve is lower than the standard value,which leads to the failure of parking brake.Based on this,preventive measures such as adding pressure value checks for pressure reducing valves,regularly verifying pressure switches,pressure reducing valves,and pressure gauges in maintenance are proposed.
