The measures for optimizing and evaluating Shell's coal gasification technology were analyzed.This article summarizes the current application status of Shell coal gasification technology,and explores its technical process flow and process system.In order to improve technical efficiency,measures such as optimizing the angle of the coal burner,enhancing the cooling capacity of the compressor,and improving the design of the soot blower and hammer have been proposed.Explored cost reduction measures such as improving coal powder utilization rate,optimizing synthesis gas cooling process,and enhancing system automation level.A hierarchical structure model was established,evaluation criteria and sub criteria for optimizing gasification technology were determined,risk assessment was conducted,and it was found that the proposed optimization measures can effectively improve the efficiency of Shell's gasification technology and reduce costs.Proposed an implementation plan,resource allocation,technical support,risk assessment and response measures for the optimized technology,providing guidance for the continuous optimization and application of Shell's coal gasification technology.
