习近平文化思想构成了习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的文化篇,为青海在新时代如何赓续中华文脉、传承发展中华文化,推动各民族文化交融创新、枝繁叶茂提供了根本遵循和行动指南,提出了新的实践要求。青海历史悠久,地域辽阔,因自然地理环境的差异和历史上经济社会发展不平衡而形成了较明显的具有地域差异性的历史文化,中原儒释道文化、西藏佛苯文化、西域伊斯兰文化、北方草原萨满文化纵横激荡、和顺交融,昆仑文化、河湟文化、三江源文化、环湖文化、柴达木文化多姿多彩、交相辉映。历届青海省委省政府把文化建设摆在青海工作的重要位置,不断深化对青海文化省情认识,提出的青海是“中华民族文明的发祥地之一,中华民族文化的交融地之一,中华民族精神的展现地之一”等文化定位,提炼展示的“山宗水源”“大美青海”等文化符号,向打造生态文明高地、建设国际生态旅游目的地借力,坚持以文塑旅、以旅彰文、以文旅深度融合推动了青海文化名省建设。新时代背景下思考青海文化名省建设如何融入国家文化战略,为着力助推中华民族现代文明和社会主义文化强国建设,铸就社会主义文化新辉煌贡献青海力量、青海经验,是一个值得思考且亟待解决的重要问题。
