激光陀螺气体参数对零偏的影响

摘要 激光陀螺长时间工作过程中零偏保持不变对于捷联惯导有重要意义,介绍了影响激光陀螺零偏变化的主要因素,并分析了导致激光陀螺工作过程中产生零偏变化的机理。通过仿真计算及实验验证,给出了最佳充气参数,结果表明,当谐振腔总气压900 Pa,分压比(He:Ne)为34:1时有助于减缓因材料自身特性而导致的漏气对零偏漂移的影响,这对激光陀螺工程化具有重要的指导意义。 It is of great sidnificance for the strapdown inertial navigation equipment to keep the zero bias constant in the long working process of laser gyro,this paper introduces the main factors that affect the change of zero bias of laser gyro and analyzes the mechanism that causes the change of zero bias in the working process of laser gyro.Through the simulation calculation and experimental verification,the results show that the internal aeration pressure of laser gyro has lttle effect on the zero bias.The proper partial pressure ration is helpful to reduce the influence of material air leakage on zero bias drift,the optimal inflation parameters are given through experiments,which is of great significance to the engineering of laser gyro.
