Research on the Structured Data Archiving Path of Data Set Organized According to Business Object:Based on the Practice of Structured Data Archiving in Exploration and Development

在数字转型和数据要素背景下,结构化数据归档对于档案资源体系建设至关重要。结构化数据归档面数据价值鉴定、归档数据组织、归档方式选择的困境,提出根据业务对象组织数据体的归档路径,即确定业务对象——鉴定数据价值——组织归档数据体——选择归档方式——开展长期保存。以勘探开发结构化数据归档为例进行实证研究,为结构化数据归档提供一种可行方法。

In the context of digital transformation and emphasis on data elements,structured data archiving is crucial for the construction of archival resource system.Structured data archiving is faced with difficulties in data value appraising,archiving data organization and archiving methods selection.The archiving path of data set organized according to business object is proposed,that is,identifying business objectappraising data valueorganizing archiving data set-selecting archiving methodconducting long-term preservation.Taking the structured data archiving of exploration and development as an example,an empirical study is carried out to provide a feasible method for structured data archiving.
