移动式充电设备的多目标调度控制策略

摘要 随着电动汽车数量的快速增长,充电基础设施的需求也快速增长,但存在配电网容量限制、规划建设位置不合理和建设充电站点不足等问题,导致用户充电需求难以得到满足。提出一种基于多目标的移动式充电设备调度策略以满足用户及时充电和最优调度距离的需求。综合考虑运营商和客户双方利益,将调度距离、充电需求以及站点所在地方负荷压力作为调度优先目标,使用混合粒子群算法对多目标进行求解。再结合算例进行分析,结果显示基于多目标的移动式充电设备调度策略可以有效减少运营商的运营成本,同时兼顾了客户的充电需求和站点的负荷压力。
