摘要
【目的】在新疆阿克苏市依干其乡苹果园开展喷施虾肽氨基酸叶面肥对阿克苏苹果品质影响的试验,了解虾肽氨基酸叶面肥对阿克苏苹果果实品质改善的效果。【方法】在果实膨大期连续3次喷施虾肽氨基酸叶面肥,以喷施清水为对照,果实成熟期采摘后对其水分、灰分、果实硬度、可溶性固形物、总酸、总糖、脂肪、蛋白质、钠元素、钙元素、维生素C等指标进行测定。【结果】结果表明,连续3次喷施虾肽氨基酸叶面肥后,果实中水分含量、可溶性固形物质量分数、果实硬度、总糖质量分数均高于清水对照,其中可溶性固形物质量分数达到DB65/T 3503-2020《地理标准产品阿克苏苹果》特级果标准。营养品质指标中蛋白质、钠元素、钙元素含量明显提高,其中每100 g果实钠含量达6.0 mg,钙含量达到59.0 mg/kg。【结论】虾肽氨基酸叶面肥可以提高阿克苏苹果的品质,可在生产中推广应用。
【Objective】To understand the effect of shrimp peptide amino acid foliar fertilizer on the improvement of fruit quality of Aksu apple,the effect of spraying shrimp peptide amino acid organic fertilizer on the quality of Aksu apple was carried out in the apple orchard of Yiganqi Township,Aksu City,Xinjiang.【Methods】Shrimp peptide amino acid foliar fertilizer was sprayed three times in the fruit expansion period,and water was sprayed as the control.The moisture,ash,fruit hardness,soluble solids,total acid,total sugar,fat,protein,sodium,calcium,vitamin C and other indicators were measured after fruit maturity.【Results】The results showed that after spraying shrimp peptide amino acid foliar fertilizer for three consecutive times,the water content,soluble solids content,fruit hardness and total sugar content in the fruit were higher than those in the clear water control,and the soluble solids content reached the DB65/T 3503-2020‘Geographical Standard Product Aksu Apple'super fruit standard.The contents of protein,sodium and calcium in the nutritional quality indexes were significantly increased,among which the sodium content in each 100 grams of the fruit is 6.0 mg and the calcium content reached 59.0 mg/kg.【Conclusion】Spraying shrimp peptide amino acid foliar fertilizer can improve the fruit quality of Aksu apple,which can be popularized and applied in plamting.
