隧道支护结构优化研究

摘要 交通支洞是隧道工程中应用最广的一种,具有使用年限短,洞室断面小,耐久性差等特点。针对交通支洞,传统复合衬砌结构存在安全隐患大、浪费大等问题,且交通支洞空间小、坡度大、环境复杂,二次衬砌施工难度大,安全质量难保障。因此,开展交通支洞支护结构协同承载机理的研究,提出适合交通支洞的支护结构型式具有重要意义。本项目以G4216线高速公路王屋岩隧道施工支洞为研究对象,通过调研分析、数值模拟与现场实测相结合的手段,对支护结构协同受力机理、支护结构优化进行研究。 Traffic support tunnels are among the most widely used structures in tunnel engineering,characterized by short service life,small tunnel section,and poor durability.For traffic tunnels,traditional composite lining structures have problems such as high safety hazards and inefficiencies.In addition,the confined space,steep gradients,and complex environments of traffic support tunnels make secondary lining construction challenging and compromise safety and quality.Therefore,it is of great significance to conduct research on the collaborative bearing mechanism of support structures for traffic tunnels and propose suitable support structure types for traffic tunnels.This project takes the construction support tunnel of Wangwuyan Tunnel on G4216 highway as the research object.Through a combination of research analysis,numerical simulation,and on-site measurement,the collaborative force mechanism and optimization of the support structure are studied.
