摘要
轨道车辆安全评估一直被轨道交通行业列为重中之重。车辆的独立安全评估是在制造商第一方完成安全评估的基础上,以相对独立的第三方进行的更进一步的安全评估,确保每一个环节不会出现质量安全问题,确保车辆安全风险可控。独立安全评估可以将风险等级尽可能降低,为城市轨道交通的运营安全提供保障。以风险矩阵为基础,根据可容忍风险边界确定可容忍风险概率。基于IEC61508,考虑潜在风险影响因素,对可容忍风险概率进行校正,最终确定轨道交通车辆系统安全功能的安全完整性等级(SIL)。运用SIL分析技术,以车辆有人驾驶模式回库场景为分析对象,详细阐述了分析过程,并确定了其SIL等级及预防措施,为我国轨道交通行业中SIL技术的应用奠定了一定的基础。
The safety of rail vehicles has been a livelihood issue of concern to the general public.The safety evaluation of rail vehicles has been classified as the most important task within the industry and the rail transit industry always adheres to the industry rule of“safety first,prevention crucial”.The independent safety evaluation of vehicles is the further safety evaluation conducted by a relatively independent third party after the manufacturer has finished the first-party safety evaluation in order to ensure that there is no quality safety problem in any link and that the safety risks of the vehicle are controllable.The independent safety evaluation may minimize the risk level and guarantee the operation safety of urban rail transit.Based on the risk matrix,the evaluation can determine the tolerable risk probability according to the tolerable risk boundary.As per IEC 61508 and considering the potential risk factors,the tolerable risk probability is corrected to finally determine the safety integrity level(SIL)of the safety function of the rail transit vehicle system.This article uses SIL analysis technology,takes the scene of vehicle back to the depot in manned mode for the object of analysis,expounds in detail the analysis process and determines the SIL and preventive measures,laying a certain foundation for the application of SIL technology in Chinese rail transit industry.
