提高列车可用性的冗余备份控制电路研究

摘要 城轨车辆的稳定运行直接影响乘客的乘坐体验,而车辆稳定可靠的运行与控制电路可靠性息息相关,关键控制电路单点故障导致车辆丧失运行能力的故障现象屡见不鲜。目前大多车辆通过LCU替换关键控制继电器和接触器,设置旁路、大旁路等方式来提高车辆硬线电路的冗余性,可以在关键电路故障后进行冗余控制,但人工驾驶模式下,司控器的电路未设置冗余备份电路,司控器的单节点故障往往会导致车辆无法行车,最终救援回库,影响运营效率。文章介绍了司控器单节点故障导致列车无法行车的风险点,并介绍了一种冗余备份控制电路,有效解决司控器单节点故障无法行车的问题,补足了列车冗余控制电路的关键一环。 The stable operation of urban rail vehicles has a direct impact on the ride experience of passengers,while the stable and reliable operation of vehicles is closely linked to the reliability of the control circuit.It’s not uncommon for a single node fault in a critical control circuit to result in the loss of the operational capability of a vehicle.At present,most vehicles improve the redundancy of the hardwire circuit by means of replacing the critical control relay and contactor by LCU or setting bypass and major bypass so as to realize redundant control when the critical circuit fails.However,in manual driving mode,the drive controller circuit has no redundant backup,so a single node fault of the drive controller may often make the train unable to run and be finally rescued back to the depot,affecting the efficiency of operation.The article introduces the risk points where a single node fault of the drive controller can cause the impossibility of operation of the train and proposes a redundant backup control circuit to effectively solve this problem and complement a critical link of the redundant control circuit of the train.
