摘要
目的:对奥美拉唑碳酸氢钠干混悬剂产生的杂质进行分析。方法:LC-MS法,辛烷基键合硅胶柱。结果:经LC-MS数据分析,奥美拉唑碳酸氢钠干混悬剂共产生5种杂质。结论:该方法能推断出样品中杂质的结构和来源。
Objective:To analyze the impurities produced by forced degradation of omeprazole sodium bicarbonate dry suspension.Methods:Silica gel column is bonded with octyl by LC-MS method.Results:By LC-MS spectrum analysis,5 impurities are produced of omeprazole sodium bicarbonate.Conclusion:This method can infer the structure and source of the impurities in the sample.
