摘要
我国既是生猪生产大国,又是猪肉消费大国。猪肉在中国饮食结构中占据重要地位,是餐桌上必不可少的食材,消费量约占肉类总消费量的53%。我国一直将解决人民群众吃饭问题作为治国安邦的首要任务,通过不懈奋斗和艰苦努力,基本解决了“吃得饱”的问题,正在向“吃得好”转变。近年来,生猪的价格已经成为社会广泛关注的话题之一。本文旨在分析生猪价格波动的影响因素,并提出对策,供参考研究。
China is not only a major producer of live pigs,but also a major consumer of pork.Pork occupies an important position in China's dietary structure and is an essential ingredient on the dining table,accounting for approximately 53%of the total meat consumption.China has always regarded solving the problem of people's food as the primary task of governing the country and ensuring national security.Through unremitting struggle and hard work,the problem of"having enough to eat"has been basically solved,and it is transitioning towards"having good food".In recent years,the price of live pigs has become one of the widely discussed topics in society.This article aims to analyze the influencing factors of fluctuations in pig prices and propose countermeasures for referenceandresearch.
