食品检验机构质量风险防范及失败模式效应分析

摘要 认可准则应对风险和机遇条款是检验检测机构的难点和痛点。本文通过对食品检验机构风险来源和质量风险防范的分析,引入风险失败模式(FMEA)理论,通过食品检验机构案例对检验检测过程风险和检验报告风险进行梳理和量化评估,排查出质量管理体系中高风险因素,重点对这些高风险因素进行应对和防范,进一步控制风险,提升管理水平,为食品检验机构控制和应对风险和机遇提供了借鉴。 The recognition criteria for dealing with risks and opportunities are the difficulties and pain points of inspection and testing institutions.This article analyzes the sources of risks and quality risk prevention in food inspection institutions,introduces the Risk Failure Mode(FMEA)theory,and uses food inspection institution cases to sort out and quantitatively evaluate the risks in the inspection and testing process and inspection reports,identifying high-risk factors in the quality management system,focusing on these high-risk factors to deal with and prevent,further controlling risks,improving management level,and providing reference for food inspection institutions to control and respond to risks and opportunities.
