文脉传承视角下的城市建筑风貌管控初探——以《广州市岭南特色建筑设计指引》为例

A Preliminary Study on Urban Architectural Style Control from the Perspective of Cultural Heritage:Taking Guangzhou Lingnan Characteristic Architectural Design Guidelines as an Example

当前我国大部分城市正面临千城一面、文脉割裂等城市风貌管理问题,在国家强调城市文脉延续性的政策背景下,通过挖掘并转译地域特色建筑基因,引导建设具有地域特色的城市建筑,是解决城市风貌雷同、延续地方文脉的一个重要切入点。立足文脉传承视角下的城市建筑风貌管控探索,以《广州市岭南特色建筑设计指引》为例,构建“识别转译基因—锚定管控要素—凸显管控层级性—链接全周期”的城市建筑风貌管控策略:首先需要系统识别城市不同历史时期特色建筑基因,将基因特征转译为风貌设计语言及建筑风貌管控要素;在管控层面衔接城市相关规划,采用分区分类的层级性管控方式,将风貌管控与规划设计、建设实施、修缮管理等环节衔接,保障风貌基因的无损传导;成果形式上,从行政审查管控和风貌设计指引两方面介入,制定图文结合、刚弹并重的设计导则,保障设计意图贯彻设计、审批和建设全过程。

At present,most cities in my country are facing urban style management problems such as the sameness of thousands of cities and the fragmentation of cultural context.Under the policy background that the country emphasizes the continuity of urban cultural context,it is an important entry point to solve the problem of urban style duplication and continue the local cultural context by exploring and translating the genes of regional characteristic buildings and guiding the construction of urban buildings with regional characteristics.Based on the exploration of urban architectural style control from the perspective of cultural heritage,taking GuangzhouLingnan Characteristic Architectural Design Guidelinesas an example,an urban architectural style control strategy of"identifying and translating genes-anchoring control elements-control hierarchical-linking the whole cycle"is constructed:first,it is necessary to systematically identify the characteristic architectural genes of different historical periods in the city,and translate the gene characteristics into style design language and architectural style control elements;at the control level,it is connected with relevant urban planning,and a hierarchical control method of zoning and classification is adopted to connect style control with planning and design,construction implementation,repair management and other links to ensure the lossless transmission of style genes;in terms of the form of results,it intervenes from the two aspects of administrative review and control and style design guidelines,formulates design guidelines that combine pictures and texts and emphasize both rigidity and flexibility,and ensures that the design intention is implemented throughout the design,approval and construction process.
