摘要
某石化公司炼油装置在运行第4个周期时陆续出现了双动滑阀器壁、外取热器器壁、半再斜管、CRC气返线等处热点隐患。为了保证以上隐患安全可控,根据不同热点隐患部位的结构、工艺操作条件针对性制定了器壁外部贴板、浇筑隔热衬里、“包盒子”等方案加强热点处器壁强度和耐磨度,保障反再系统设备的长周期安全运行。文中提到的高温、易磨损泄漏热点隐患处理工艺对于石化企业具有很好的借鉴意义。
In the fourth cycle of operation,the refining unit of a petrochemical company successively appeared hot spots and hidden dangers such as double-acting slide valve wall,external heat extractor wall,semi-re-inclined pipe,and CRC gas return line.In order to ensure the safety and controllability of the above hidden dangers,according to the structure and process operation conditions of different hot spots,the external stickers,pour the insulation linings,and"package boxes"of the device wall have been formulated to strengthen the strength and wear resistance of the wall at the hot spots,and ensure the long-term safe operation of the anti-regeneration system equipment.The treatment process of high temperature,easy wear and leakage hot spots mentioned in this paper has a good reference significance for petrochemical enterprises.
