制冷器制冷流量超差修理研究

Research on Repair of Refrigerant Flow Rate Overtolerance of Refrigerator

摘要 制冷器的制冷流量通过阀针和节流孔的打开与关闭来控制,正常情况下节流孔应为规则圆形,如果节流孔形状改变,阀针与节流孔关闭时不能很好地起到闭合节流孔的效果,将导致制冷流量超差。为修理制冷流量超差的制冷器,进行了工装研制和工艺研究,解决了90%以上二次制冷流量不合格故障。
