一种柔顺阀控伺服系统设计及刚度特性分析

摘要 为了提高系统的传动能力,开发了一种柔顺阀控伺服系统,可以实现泄漏流量调节的功能。高压腔与阀控泄漏油道形成连通状态,利用比例流量阀调节泄漏流量,由此达到调控系统刚度的效果。针对系统结构建立了动力仿真模型,研究了不同泄漏流量下的系统动态与刚度特性。研究结果表明:逐渐提高系统泄漏流量后,阀体输出转速发生了持续减小,并且需经过更长时间才能达到最高转速。控制系统供油压力10MPa,不管如何调整泄漏流量,系统响应速度达到2转/s,能够变刚度控制需求。该研究易于推广,对机床设计及其工作效率的提高具有很好的实际指导价值。 In order to improve the transmission capacity of soft start system,a flexible valve-controlled servo system was developed,which can realize the function of leakage flow regulation.The high pressure chamber is connected with the valve controlled leakage oil passage,and the proportional flow valve is used to adjust the leakage flow,so as to achieve the effect of regulating the stiffness of the system.A dynamic simulation model is established for the system structure,and the dynamic and stiffness characteristics of the system un-der different leakage flows are studied.The results show that the output speed of the valve body decreases continuously after the leakage flow rate is gradually increased,and it takes a longer time to reach the maxi-mum speed.The oil supply pressure of the control system is 10MPa,no matter how to adjust the leakage flow,the system response speed reaches 2rad/s,which can change the stiffness control demand.This study has a good practical guiding value for the design and work efficiency of soft starting and is easy to be pop-ularized.
