摘要
文章主要研究了大数据技术在智能制造中的关键应用。通过分析大数据的处理与分析方法,包括流数据计算、机器学习等,以及工业互联网和传感器技术在其中的重要作用,提出了大数据驱动的预测性维护策略,并通过航空发动机故障预测案例验证了该策略的效果。研究表明,大数据分析实现了从数据到决策的立体闭环,使制造系统向智能化和优化方向发展。
The article mainly studies the key application of big data technology in intelligent manufacturing.By analysing the processing and analysis methods of big data,including streaming data computing and machine learning,as well as the important role of industrial internet and sensor technology in it,a big data-driven predictive maintenance strategy is proposed,and the effect of the strategy is verified through the case of aero-engine failure prediction.The study shows that big data analytics achieves a three-dimensional closed loop from data to decision-making,which enables the manufacturing system to develop in the direction of intelligence and optimisation.
