基于ABAQUS程序的严重事故用电气连接件仿真分析

摘要 为研究压水堆核电厂在发生严重事故工况时,氢气燃烧产生的瞬时高温对1E级电气连接件的热影响,本文利用ABAQUS有限元仿真软件,对某核电厂严重事故时氢气燃烧环境下的1E级电气连接件进行整机热仿真分析,得出了电气连接件温度场云图和电气连接件密封圈处的温度变化曲线。根据仿真结果对密封圈进行高温试验,验证了1E级电气连接件可以耐受严重事故工况氢气燃烧的高温环境,并顺利通过了严重事故氢气燃烧试验,缩短产品研发周期,减少前期投入约200万元,为产品设计选型提供分析指导。对同类电气连接件及其他电气设备,在核电厂严重事故环境中的设计选材具有一定参考价值。 In order to study the thermal effect of the instantaneous high temperature,which generated by hydrogen combustion on the 1E electrical connector of the PWR NPP during severe accident conditions,the ABAQUS finite element simulation software was used to conduct thermal simulation analysis of the 1E electrical connector in the hydrogen combustion environment of certain PWR NPP.The study obtained the temperature field diagram of the electrical connector and the temperature curve at the sealing ring.According to the simulation results,the high temperature test of the sealing ring has verified that the 1E electrical connector can withstand the high temperature environment of the hydrogen combustion under severe accident conditions,and successfully passed the severe accident hydrogen combustion test.Which greatly shortening the product development cycle,reduce the initial investment(2 million yuan RMB)and provide analytical guidance for product analysis and selection.It has certain reference value for the design and material selection of similar electrical connectors and other electrical equipment in severe accident environments of nuclear power plants.
