摘要
以盘城岭煤矿150106运输顺槽为研究背景,针对原来实施的单一顺层定向长钻孔预抽煤巷条带煤层瓦斯区域防突措施所造成的瓦斯抽采效率低下、采掘失调等制约煤矿生产的问题,提出并应用高抽巷向下穿层钻孔协同定向长钻孔瓦斯抽采技术预抽煤巷条带煤层瓦斯,形成了“长抽+短抽”相结合的立体交叉瓦斯抽采模式。经试验论证,瓦斯抽采效果显著提升,能够保证矿井安全高效开采,同时也为其他高瓦斯矿井或瓦斯突出矿井的瓦斯抽采防突提供了技术参考及借鉴。
Taking 150106 transportation channel of Panchengling Coal Mine as the research background,in response to the low gas extraction efficiency and the imbalance between mining and tunnelling constraints on coal mine production caused by the previously implemented single layered directional long drilling pre-extraction measures for coal seam gas in the strip coal seam,the collaborative directional long drilling technology of high extraction roadway downward through the layer to pre-extract coal seam gas in the strip coal seam was proposed and applied,a three-dimensional cross gas extraction mode combining"long extraction+short extraction"was formed.After experimental verification,the gas extraction effect is significantly improved,which can ensure safe and efficient mining in the mine.At the same time,it also provides technical reference for gas extraction and outburst prevention in other high gas mines or gas outburst mines.
