摘要
为进一步探究煤巷快速掘进工艺系统的优化路径,结合具体案例,根据项目中存在的主要问题,将既有工艺系统分解为多个类型的要素,对快速掘进工艺模式下的支护参数、煤岩截割方式和掘进工序进行全面优化。根据实际测试结果,优化后的快速掘进工艺有效提升了掘进效率并降低了巷道变形风险,具有一定的实际应用价值。
In order to further explore the optimization path of fast driving process system of coal roadways,combined with specific cases and according to the main problems existing in the project,the existing process system was decomposed into multiple types of elements,and the supporting parameters,cutting mode and driving procedure under the fast driving process mode were comprehensively optimized.According to the actual test results,the optimized fast driving technology can effectively improve the driving efficiency and reduce the risk of roadway deformation,and has certain practical application value.
