综采工作面回采巷道主动式超前支护关键技术研究

摘要 为了解决回坡底煤矿综采工作面回采巷道超前段支护稳定性的问题,提出了主动式超前支护关键技术,注浆配合锚索支护方案实现了浆液和锚索的有机结合,有效控制了顶板和两帮的变形量,锚索提供轴向力确保了围岩整体的稳定性,为综采工作面的回采提供了安全保障。 In order to solve the problem of the support stability of the advance section in the fully-mechanized mining face of Huipodi Coal Mine,the key technology of active advance support was proposed.The grouting combined with anchor cable support scheme achieved an organic combination of slurry and anchor cable,effectively controlling the deformation of the roof and two sides,and the anchor cable provided axial force to ensure the overall stability of the surrounding rock,providing safety guarantees for the fully-mechanized mining face.
