儿童Hunter综合征1例

Hunter syndrome in children:report of one case

摘要 病例男,6岁,因“发现心脏杂音半年余”入院。患儿系G1P1,为试管婴儿,足月顺产,无产伤窒息史,出生体质量3.6 kg,Apgar评分不详。既往无特殊病史。父母既往体健,否认近亲婚配,否认类似病史及家族遗传病史。查体:体温36.8℃,心率100次/分,呼吸20次/分,血压98/63 mm Hg(1 mm Hg≈0.133 k Pa),身高109 cm(P3-10),体质量18.8 kg(P3-10).
