超声诊断新生儿非侵入性脐静脉血栓1例

Ultrasound diagnosis of neonatal non-invasive umbilical vein thrombosis:report of one case

摘要 病例女,2天,因“出生后皮肤黄染”就诊。患儿在胎儿时期产前超声检查脐带无异常,系足月儿胎膜早破经阴道娩出,出生体质量3660 g,Apgar评分为9分(肤色扣1分)-10分-10分,否认出生后抢救史、出生后脐静脉置管史、血栓家族史。母亲仅合并妊娠期糖尿病,血型为O型Rh(D)阳性。院外辅助检查:患儿血型为A型Rh(D)阳性,ABO血型系统直接抗人球蛋白试验阳性,游离抗体测定及放散试验均阳性。
