国家一流专业大学生自主学习激励机制建设研究

摘要 自主学习能力对于大学生而言是不可或缺的,而大部分大学生自主学习能力需要提升,激励机制能充分调动大学生自主学习的积极性和主动性,提升学习的效能。本文以防灾科技学院地质工程专业为例,调查影响国家一流本科专业建设点大学生自主学习能力的因素及学校激励机制现状,反思现有激励机制存在的问题,结合教师访谈,研究国家一流专业大学生自主学习激励机制建设方法,进而使大学生自主学习能力得到提升。 Autonomous learning ability is indispensable for college students,and most college students need to improve their autonomous learning ability.The incentive mechanism can fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of college students'autonomous learning and improve the efficiency of learning.Taking the geological engineering major of the Institute of Institute of Disaster Prevention as an example,this paper investigates the factors affecting the self-learning ability of college students in the national first-class undergraduate professional construction points and the current situation of the school incentive mechanism,and reflects on the problems existing in the existing incentive mechanism.Combined with teacher interviews,this paper studies the construction methods of incentive mechanism for autonomous learning of national first-class professional college students,so as to improve their autonomous learning ability.
