摘要
山西中电科新能源技术有限公司针对目前锂离子电池用碳纳米管纯化工艺落后、效率低、能耗高、纯度低的问题,开发了一种在较低温度下可连续对碳纳米管进行提纯的新型装备及纯化工艺,与传统的碳纳米管提纯技术进行对比,连续式碳纳米管纯化技术纯化效率高、提纯效果好、能耗低,是一种新型高效的提纯装备及纯化工艺,目前设备已经投入应用,推动了锂电池用高纯碳纳米管的技术进步。
In order to solve the problems of backward,low efficiency,high energy consumption and low purity in the purification process of carbon nanotubes for lithium-ion batteries,a new equipment and purification process for continuous purification of carbon nanotubes at low temperature were developed by CETC New Energy Technology Co.,Limited.Compared with the traditional carbon nanotube puri-fication technology,continuous purification technology of carbon nanotubes has high purification efficiency,great purification effect and low energy consumption.It is also a new and efficient purification equipment and purification process.At present,the equipment has been come into use,promoting the technological progress of high-purity carbon nanotubes.
