摘要
核心素养是学生在接受相应学段的教育过程中,逐步形成的适应个人终身发展和社会发展需要的必备品格和关键能力。借鉴国内外核心素养研究成果,综合考虑时代背景、国际经验和现实需要,并在调查研究的基础上确定了本科生核心素养框架,具体内容包括健康素养、知识素养、能力素养、公民素养、全球素养五个方面。针对调查中发现的中国本科生核心素养教育存在的主要问题:本科人才培养目标高远空泛且缺乏实质性内容、课程设置多而不精且本科课程学习挑战度不高、教学方法陈旧且本科生核心素养教育效果不佳、教学评价方式单一且难以调动师生教学积极性,提出重塑人才培养理念,关注学生个体成长;优化课程内容体系,聚焦核心素养培养;创新教育教学方法,提升素养教育效果;深化教学评价改革,激发师生教学投入等提升本科生核心素养教育质量的可能路径。
Key competency is the essential character and core ability that students gradually form in the process of receiving education at corresponding stages to meet the needs of personal lifelong development and social development.In the light of the key competency research findings at home and abroad,the framework of undergraduates'key competencies including health competency,knowledge competency,ability competency,citizenship competency and global competency,is determined on the basis of the times background,international experience and practical needs.In view of the main problems in the key competency education among Chinese undergraduates in the survey,such as the general and vague training objectives,too broad curriculum system without learning challenges,outdated teaching method without key competency cultivation,monotonous teaching evaluation method without enthusiasm from teachers and students,we put forwards the possible path for promoting undergraduates'key competencies,which includes reshaping the concept of talent training,emphasizing the individual growth,optimizing the curriculum system,focusing on the cultivation of key competencies,innovating teaching methods,improving the effect of competency cultivation,deepening the reform of teaching evaluation,and stimulating the input of teachers and students.
