时代新人视域下高校基层学院思政领航协同育人机制研究

Research on the Mechanism of Ideological and Political Leadership and Collaborative Education in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of New Generation of Young People

实施时代新人培育工程,培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人是时代向高校提出的育人要求。在此背景下,当前高校基层学院思政工作面临着教育理念不清晰,思政思路方法不得当;教育体系不够健全,体制机制建设存在不足;育人主体协同育人效应发挥不足,政策支持力度不够等带来的挑战。为培养堪当民族复兴重任的时代新人,深入挖掘培养时代新人所蕴含的育人逻辑,构建符合高等教育层次要求的思政育人模式,需要加强顶层设计,发挥思政领航作用;坚持三维育人,凝聚强大育人合力;发挥主体作用,推动协同育人常态化。

It is the requirement of the times to carry out the new cultivation project to train socialist builders and successors with all-round ability in areas of morals,intelligence,physical fitness,work and aesthetics.At present,the cultivation of"new generation"in basic colleges of universities is faced with the challenges brought by unclear education concept,improper political thinking methods,imperfect education system,insufficient physical mechanism construction,lack of cooperation among education bodies and shortage of policy support.To cultivate the new generation who are worthy of the important task of national rejuvenation,we should deeply delve into the education logic contained in the cultivation of new generation,construct the ideological and political education mode that meets the requirements of higher education level;we should strengthen the top-level design and play the role of ideological and political leadership;we should adhere to three-dimensional education,forge strong cohesion in education,bring the roles of education bodies into full play,and promote the normalization of collaborative education.
