摘要
马克思主义关于人的全面发展学说系统而深刻地阐述了人的全面发展的真正含义、本质特征及核心原则,是教育高质量发展的价值导向和逻辑起点。教育高质量发展赋能人的全面发展的内涵丰富,需要从目的性赋能、内容性赋能、行动性赋能和成果性赋能视角加以把握。教育高质量发展具有多向度的价值,包括政策价值、教育价值、社会价值和个人价值。教育高质量发展必须以人的全面发展为实践诉求和价值目标,着力于教育理念创新及教育内容、教育方法、教育管理体制机制改革,赋能人实现更加满意、更臻多元、更有个性、更为平等的全面发展。
The Marxist theory of comprehensive human development systematically and profoundly expounds the true meaning,essential characteristics,and core principles of comprehensive human development,and is the value orientation and logical starting point of high-quality development of education to empower comprehensive human development.High-quality development of education empowers the comprehensive development of human beings with rich connotations,which should be understood from the perspectives of goal-oriented empowerment,content-oriented empowerment,actionoriented empowerment and outcome-oriented empowerment.The high-quality development of education has a multi-dimensional value,which is the display of policy value,educational value,social value and individual value.The high-quality development of education must take the comprehensive development of human beings as the practical demand and value goal,and focus on the innovation of educational ideas and the reform of educational contents,educational methods,and educational management systems and mechanisms,so as to enable people to achieve more satisfaction,more diversity,more personality,more equal comprehensive development.
