基于以太网的多路数据采集及传输系统设计

摘要 针对军事装备领域多通道数据采集及传输的需求,设计了基于以太网实现的多路数据采集及传输系统。该系统以FPGA为主控,通过以太网传输协议完成了对32路模拟信号的数据采集及传输。实验结果表明,该系统以太网传输速率最高可达580 Mbps,多路模拟量数据采集最高误差为0.43%,满足采集精度优于1%的设计指标,现已经应用于某型号采编设备中。 In order to meet the requirement of multi-channel analog signal data acquisition in the field of weapon equipment automatic testing,a multi-channel data acquisition system controlled by Ethernet is designed.The system uses FPGA as the main control,and completes the data acquisition and transmission of 32 analog signals through the Ethernet transmission protocol.After experimental verification,the Ethernet transmission rate can reach up to 580 Mbps,and the maximum error of multi-channel ana⁃log data acquisition is 0.43%,which meets the design index of acquisition accuracy better than 1%.Now it is applied to a certain type of editing equipment.
