改进部队算法的MIMO雷达正交相位编码信号设计

摘要 针对MIMO雷达在实际应用中难以发射并采集较为精准的正交信号的问题,提出一种基于改进部队算法的MIMO雷达正交信号的编码设计策略。通过在探索寻优和开发寻优的过程中加入状态转移算子,增加不同方式的邻域寻优策略,平衡算法的全局探索力和局部开发能力。为避免算法出现早熟收敛的问题,在算法迭代后期,加入一种基于个体信息的交叉变异策略,帮助算法跳出局部最优。为提高算法的收敛速度且在迭代过程中始终保持较高的种群多样性,通过基于个体信息的过渡寻优策略代替原有的过渡过程。将改进后的部队算法生成MIMO雷达准正交化信号,可得到更为精确的准正交编码信号集,所得的自相关旁瓣峰值与互相关峰值更低。 Aiming at the problem that MIMO radar is difficult to transmit and collect more accurate orthogonal signals in prac⁃tical applications,a coding design strategy for MIMO radar orthogonal signals is proposed based on improved dragonfly algorithm.By adding state transition operators in the process of exploration and development optimization,different neighborhood optimization strategies are added to balance the global exploration ability and local development ability of the algorithm.In order to avoid prema⁃ture convergence of the algorithm,a cross mutation strategy based on individual information is proposed to help the algorithm jump out of the local optimum.In order to improve the convergence speed of the algorithm and maintain high population diversity through⁃out the iteration process,a transition optimization strategy based on individual information is proposed to replace the original transi⁃tion process.Finally,the improved troop algorithm is used to generate MIMO radar quasi orthogonal signal,and the experimental re⁃sults are compared with the experimental results obtained by the latest algorithms,which can obtain a more accurate set of quasi or⁃thogonal coded signals,and the calculated autocorrelation peak value and cross correlation peak value are lower.
