Research on High-Quality Development of Digital Service Trade in Hainan Free Trade Port

数字服务贸易作为服务贸易新业态,是扩大贸易规模的重要举措。海南自贸港的建设为数字服务贸易提供更广阔的发展空间和便利条件。数字服务贸易高质量发展会增强海南自贸港经济发展的韧性,赋能加快推进自贸港建设。通过分析海南自贸港数字服务贸易高质量发展的现实逻辑,并对数字服务贸易驱动经济高质量发展的内在机理进行探究,针对当前海南自贸港数字服务贸易发展面临的实践困境,从有序推进跨境服务贸易开放进程、以新质生产力赋能数字服务贸易发展、实施数字服务贸易基础设施提升工程、建设国家数字服务贸易创新发展示范区、建立健全创新人才引育机制等五方面提出了具体推进策略。

Digital service trade,as a new form of service trade,is an important measure to expand the scale of trade.The construction of Hainan Free Trade Port provides broader development space and convenient conditions for digital service trade.The high-quality development of digital service trade is bound to enhance the resilience of Hainan Free Trade Port's economic development,empower and accelerate the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port.The development of digital service trade in Hainan Free Trade Port is a trend in the era of digital economy.By analyzing the practical logic of high-quality development of digital service trade in Hainan Free Trade Port and exploring the intemal mechanism of digital service trade driving high-quality economic development,specific promotion strategies are proposed from five aspects:the orderly promotion of cross-border service trade opening process,the empowerment of digital service trade development with new productive forces,the implementation of digital service trade infrastructure improvement project,the construction of national digital service trade innovation and development demonstration zone,and the establishment and improvement of innovative talent cultivation mechanism.
