基于方差分析的铆接环设计和试验验证

摘要 铆接环在工业设计中用处很大,结构简单,成本低廉,在电动助力转向器(EPS)中也有应用。采用铆接环的EPS在售后市场反馈不好,噪音较大,拆解发现轴承滚道圆度不好,保持架碎裂,钢球也有破坏。故对铆接环的铆接压力进行分析研究,通过设计正交试验和方差分析,得到影响铆接力的主要因子是铆接环的高度,铆接环的厚度和铆接环的硬度,这三个因子对铆接环的铆接力有显著性的影响。同时也对这三个因素和轴承内圈的圆度做了关联分析,结果显示无法判断三个因子对轴承内圈圆度是否有显著性影响。通过优化设计,铆接环的铆接力下降了50%左右,相应的滚道圆度更加稳定了,本文可以为铆接环在工程中的应用提供参考。 Riveting ring with simple structure and low cost is very useful in industrial design.It is also used in electric power steering gear(EPS).EPS with riveting ring has bad feedback in the after-sales market,and the noise is relatively loud.It is found that the roundness of the bearing Raceway is not good when being disassembled,the retainer is broken,and the steel ball is also damaged.Therefore,the riveting pressure of the riveting ring is analyzed and studied.Through the orthogonal test and variance analysis,the main factor affecting the riveting force is the height of the riveting ring,the thickness of the riveting ring and the hardness of the riveting ring,and this three factors have significant influence on the riveting force of the riveting ring.At the same time,the correlation analysis between the three factors and the roundness of the bearing inner ring is also made,and the results show that it is impossible to judge whether the three factors have significant influence on the roundness of the bearing inner ring.Through the optimization design,the riveting force of the riveting ring decreases by about 50%,and the corresponding roundness of the raceway becomes more stable.This paper can provide reference for the application of the riveting ring in engineering.
