中央苏区时期,为了革命战争和苏维埃各项建设事业的需要,党领导创办了各类干部学校。这一时期的干部学校始终坚持党对思想政治教育的全面领导,坚持思想政治教育服务党的中心工作,坚持马克思列宁主义理论教育同中国实际相结合、思想政治教育同生产劳动相结合,注重发挥领导干部在授课中的带头和示范作用,采用灵活多样的教学方法对干部进行思想政治教育,为革命战争和苏维埃建设培养了一大批高素质的干部。

During the period of the Central Soviet Region,in order to meet the needs of the revolutionary war and the construction of various undertakings of the Soviets,the Party leadership established various cadre schools.During this period,cadre schools always upheld the party's overall leadership over ideological and political education,persisted in serving the party's central work,integrated Marxist-Leninist theoretical education with China's reality and ideological and political education with production and labor,paid attention to giving play to the exemplary role of leading cadres in taking the lead in teaching,adopted flexible and diverse teaching methods to conduct ideological and political education for cadres,and trained a large number of high-quality cadres for the revolutionary war and Soviet construction.
