发展新能源汽车产业是交通运输业实现“双碳”目标的重要路径。当前,作为一个战略性新兴产业,新能源汽车产业在市场开发、技术研发、基础设施建设、运营模式创新等方面仍存在短板,需要政策支持。对新能源汽车产业链、配套设施等方面的基础数据进行分析,有利于认清新能源汽车产业发展的现状和影响因素,看清新能源汽车产业发展的障碍,从而探索出一条“双碳”战略实施背景下我国新能源汽车产业发展的路径,推动新能源汽车产业高质量发展。

New energy vehicles(NEVs)are an important path for the transportation industry to realize the goal of“dual-carbon”.As a strategic emerging industry,NEVs still have shortcomings in market,technology and infrastructure.Based on the analysis of basic data such as the NEVs industry chain and supporting facilities,the status quo of the development of NEVs and the influencing factors in the implementation process can be clarified,and the obstacles to the development of NEVs can be clarified,so as to further build the implementation path of the development of NEVs in China,including policy support framework,technology research and development,infrastructure layout,operation mode innovation and other aspects.We will promote the high-quality development of the NEVs industry.
