高职院校“以赛促学”教学策略的实施--以连锁经营与管理专业为例

摘要 近年来,职业技能竞赛受到高度重视,相关机构、职能部门和行业协会设置了不同级别、不同类别的赛项。许多高职院校都制定了“以赛促学、以赛促教”的人才培养策略,并有效实施。实践证明,职业技能竞赛不仅能够锻炼参赛师生独立思考的能力,提升他们的专业技能和技术运用水平,而且能够培养他们奋勇拼搏、团结协作的精神。连锁经营与管理专业应坚持“以赛促学、以赛促教”,以各级职业技能竞赛为抓手,完善工学结合的人才培养模式,推进教学改革,培养出更多经营管理人才。 This article introduces the current development status of chain operation and management majors in Chinese vocational colleges,as well as the overview of chain professional skills competitions in recent years.By studying the feasibility of the“Promoting Learning through Competition”education and teaching mode reform in chain operation and management major,specific reform plans are proposed.
