摘要
在广泛的研究和临床实践中,医用纺织材料优异的生物相容性已成为提高患者治疗效果和生活质量的关键性能。医用纺织材料与组织细胞的相互作用不仅影响着材料本身的功能化作用,也对细胞的活性具有重要影响。本文介绍了医用纺织材料的生物相容性评估方法,揭示材料化学成分、微观结构、表面性能和所处生理环境对其生物相容性的实际影响,并简述近年来非植入型和植入型医用纺织材料在临床上的应用,希望可以为医用纺织材料在生物相容性角度的发展提供参考。
The superior biocompatibility of medical textile materials has become a pivotal property in improving patients'treatment outcomes and quality of life in a wide range of research and clinical practice.The interaction of medical textile materials with tissue cells not only influences the functionalization of the material itself,but also has a significant impact on cell activity.The article introduces the assessment methods of biocompatibility of medical textile materials,reveals the actual influence of the material's chemical composition,microstructure,surface properties and the physiological environment on its biocompatibility,and briefly introduces the application of non-implantable and implantable medical textile materials in the clinic in recent years,in the hope that it can provide references for the development of medical textile materials in the perspective of biocompatibility.
