提高喷射混凝土早期强度的配比优化与研究

摘要 焦家金矿采用凿岩台车、锚杆台车配套大型无轨铲装运输设备的机械化生产模式,发现采场进路喷浆支护环节存在喷浆质量和早期强度较低的问题,造成喷浆作业环节与凿岩铲运等环节的匹配度降低,无法实现连续作业。基于此背景,矿山技术人员对喷浆料进行研究,通过原料检测、经验公式计算、实验配比调整、现场验证,最终确定喷射混凝土料浆配比,使喷浆体2 h抗压强度达到1 MPa,实现喷浆体的早强强度达到安全支护的效果,进而为凿岩、铲运等生产环节的优化提供支撑,实现矿山安全高效连续施工作业的目的。 Jiaojia Gold Mine adopts the mechanized production mode of drilling trolley and anchor trolley supporting large trackless shovel transport equipment,it is found that the shotcrete quality and early strength are low in the shotcrete supporting link of stope approach,as a result,the matching degree between shotcrete operation and drilling and shoveling is reduced,continuous operation is not possible.Based on this background,mine technicians study the slurry spray,through raw material testing,empirical formula calculation,experimental ratio adjustment,field verification,finally determine the shotcrete slurry ratio,the 2-hour compressive strength of the gunite reaches 1 MPa,to achieve the early strength of shotcrete to achieve the effect of safety support,then it provides support for the optimization of production links such as drilling and shoveling,to realize the purpose of safe and efficient continuous construction operation in mines.
