BPMA对含铁样品的分析应用

摘要 基于扫描电子显微镜(SEM)-X射线能谱分析仪(EDS)的自动矿物分析系统对于区分原子序数相近的相邻矿物存在一定的困难,往往需要特殊的制样方式或测量方案,或辅以其他测量手段。本文利用BPMA系统的全布点测量模式,对某含铁样品进行了一次性测试分析,并将其对磁铁矿赤铁矿的细节分析结果与光学显微镜下样品的典型特征进行了对比,结果表明其对磁铁矿赤铁矿的区分与光学显微镜下基本一致。该方法虽精度欠缺但操作简便,适用于对精确区分磁铁矿赤铁矿要求不高的检测分析。更高精度分析需求的,可以考虑引入光学显微镜通过异源配置实现光学图像、BSE(背散射电子图)、EDS谱图三种信号融合的自动分析系统。 The automatic mineral analysis system based on scanning electron microscope(SEM)-X-ray energy spectrometry(EDS)has some difficulties in distinguishing adjacent minerals with similar atomic numbers,and often requires special sample preparation methods or measurement schemes,or supplemented by other measurement methods.In this paper,a sample containing iron was tested and analyzed in one time by the BPMA system,and the detailed analysis results of magnetite hematite were compared with the typical characteristics of the sample under the optical microscope.The results show that the distinction of magnetite hematite is basically the same as that under the optical microscope.Although the method lacks precision,it is easy to operate,and it is suitable for the detection and analysis of magnetite hematite with low requirement for accurately distinguishing magnetite.To meet the needs of higher precision analysis,an automatic analysis system of optical image,BSE(backscattered electron map)and EDS spectra can be introduced into the optical microscope to realize the fusion of three signals through heterosource configuration.
