摘要
“双减”政策实施后,学科类校外培训经历了最严治理。对我国东、中、西部6省30县(市、区)的中小学生开展问卷调查,研究结果表明:义务教育阶段学生参加学科类校外培训的比例较“双减”前有所下降,参与率存在显著的家庭背景差异、学校差异、城乡差异和区域差异;学生的个体特征、家庭背景特征、学校特征对参加学科类校外培训具有显著影响。据此,提出亟需转变家庭应试教育观念、启动“后20%学生”校内辅导计划、深化学生评价与中高考招生制度改革等政策建议。
Following the implementation of the"Double Reduction"policy,the strictest governance on the academic private tutoring has undergone.This paper is based on a questionnaire survey among primary and middle school students across six provinces and thirty counties in the eastern,central,and western regions of China.The research results indicate that the proportion of students participating in academic private tutoring in the primary and middle school has decreased compared to the pre-"Double Reduction"period.There are significant differences in participation rates based on family background,school,urban-rural,and regional differences.The research also reports that several factors have a significant impact on the participation in academic private tutoring,which are individual student characteristics,family background features,and school attributes.Based on these findings,it is proposed that there is an urgent need to shift the family's exam-oriented perspective on education,initiate in-school tutoring programs for the"bottom 20%of students",deepen the reform of student evaluation and enrollment systems for high school entrance exams.
