新时代我国教师师德考核评价体系研究:评价依据、借鉴与要件

Research on the Evaluation System of Teacher Ethics Assessment in China in the New Era:Evaluation Basis,Reference and Requirements

摘要 师德评价体系是教师师德师风建设的重要抓手,是教师评价的第一标准。党的十八大以来,我国教师师德评价工作取得了较大进步,但对照新时代对教师师德水平的要求仍有很大改进空间。根据“密尔道德评价理论”“压力认知评价理论”“第四代评价理论”“普遍模仿验证理论”等经典评价理论,充分借鉴我国社会信用体系对公务员、会计、医师三类人群的职业道德诚信评价实践,对我国教师师德的评价原则、评价体系构成要件进行重点分析,以此为基础提出当前我国师德考核评价工作的问题和政策展望。 The teacher ethics evaluation system is an important lever for the construction of teacher ethics and professional conduct,and it is the first standard for teacher evaluation.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,significant progress has been made in the evaluation of teacher ethics in China,but there is still a lot of room for improvement compared to the requirements of the new era for the level of teacher ethics.Based on classic evaluation theories such as "Mill's Moral Evaluation Theory" "Stress Cognitive Evaluation Theory" "Fourth Generation Evaluation Theory" and "Universal Imitation Verification Theory",and drawing on the professional ethics and integrity evaluation practices of China's social credit system for three key groups:civil servants,accountants,and physicians,we can focus on analyzing the evaluation principles and components of China's teacher ethics evaluation system.Based on this,we propose the problems and policy prospects for the current assessment and evaluation of teacher ethics in China.
